I’ve been watching this show since the premier, the ads for it teased me until I had to set it for record. It is an amazing series and finished yesterday. It was 4 hours long split into an hour a week.
For a summary, it’s about the underworld of east London. It starts with a man named Freddy being released from Jail, his family and friends only have to find he has a lot of revenge pent up, and is taking it without remorse or regret.
He’s best friends with his cousin Jimmy, who joined in for some of Freddy’s jobs, but found out that he doesn’t take threats well. I loved all 4 episodes, but there were moments where I wished it wasn’t in the show.
I don’t want to spoil anything, and it’s finished on the premiers, but keep your eye out for a replay.

Also known as the Sony Ericsson W595. It’s like an iPhone without the touchscreen.
It can play iTunes encrypted files, it can play MP3s, WAVs, WMAs and quite a few more AFAIK. It’s on PAYG and I need to get some credit for it, but for now, I’ll just use it for fun until it’s payed up.
Also, it supports Flash.

I never really listened to his music or cared much about him, he died a while ago. Heart attacks are sudden, to be honest. Surprising.
Cats got renamed (again but I never posted on it), the black one is now called Titch and the other one is now called Tiger, don’t ask why, not my choice.
Got 2 kittens today, not sure what we’re naming them yet but they’re as cute as hell.

The whole Jeef thing is because my Mum’s boyfriend Jeff went to get a tattoo on his arm and instead of it saying Jeff the guy had written Jeef, it’s an old way to annoy him.
I don’t even know why he’s called Rip at the moment, but here’s more pictures.

Best Firefox extension I have, beats Personas for me at least. Link. It’s a great replacement for Personas if you’re using a dark Windows theme like me, it’s impossible to see button text for me unless I’m using Personas (and I can’t find a theme I like D:) so this works wonders.
Damn it, like a week’s worth of playtime and the last thing I had to unlock happened to be something I already have. I do concur, epic fail.
Now, I probably won’t get many invites from this but it’s worth a go. I do play a LOT of Team Fortress 2 and Garry’s Mod, so it’s a good shot if you add me for a game as “boomman123321″ (long story). Thanks.
Oh no.. Oh yes! I bumped out Rivatuner for another spin and set my memory clock to 1 GHz (1026 MHz, if you need to know it’s 2 MHz off..) and my core clock to 796.5 MHz. I’ve been running at 80 to 90 degrees C while idle (no way) and around 90 in Garry’s Mod. What I’m surprised about though is that it shot to 80 after going up by a simple 30 MHz, but why didn’t it go any further? I have no honest clue.
The final episode in such a great series of Garry’s Mod Machinimas has to have a blog post about it. The basic story is of a man called John Freeman, who is Gordon Freeman’s brother. He got an email asking for help, yada-yada. You’re better off watching it than listening to me, it’s a great series, links below.

I’ve met up with the Pirates in Mercs, and so far they’ve got some nifty stuff. Their first mission was for you to go around on a little jet ski (or whatever) going off ramps and dodging the VZ’s rockets. I went to their HQ again and found really fast jeeps, yellow speedy trucks, everything. I’ve not got much to put in this post to be honest.
Now, as an owner of an iPod Classic and an iPod touch, I usually have to choose while I’ll use, because they both have their good sides. I’ll list what I find good about each:
Classic
- Battery appears to last longer
- Nice music interface
- First cover-flow iPod
- Hold works better
Touch
- Touch-screen
- You can flip through cover-flow with your fingers
- Accelerometer (HOLY JESUS YOU CAN USE IT SIDEWAYS?!)
- Certain Apps can be used upside-down too.
- Applications (big positive)
Now, both have their good sides but you’d expect me to use the Touch more, and I do, but when it’s got no battery and I’m somehow unable to charge it, I grab my Classic, pop in my Apple earphones and start listening to some music. But overall, I think I’d stick with the Touch, but anyway, thanks for reading.
Another Mercs post here, I’ve gone and got a mechanic and a (drunk) jet pilot to help me get through the game. It’s pretty fun so far and I’ve only messed up one or twice. I’m at something like 29% completion. On another note, I’m considering an iPhone for Christmas because they’re getting all the stuff that was making me not get them (MMS (picture and video texting) mainly).
